Abstract: Paragangliomas, tumors arising from neuroendocrine cells, are located in a variety of sites. Paraganglioma of adrenal medulla, pheochromocytoma, is the best-known and most common member of the paraganglioma family. We present a case of paraganglioma of uterine broad ligament with hormonal activity. The tumoral lesion consisted of chromogranin and synaptophysin positive cells. |
