fa تغییر میزان کورتیزول،‏‏ سیتوکین‌های IL-1، TGF-، TNF-، IFN-,، و ایمونوگلوبولین‌ها طی روزه‌داری اسلامی غدد درون‌ریز Endocrinology پژوهشی Original مقدمه: در راستای تأثیر روزه‌داری بر عملکرد سیستم ایمنی، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر یک ماه روزه‌داری بر سطح سرمی سیتوکین‌های TNF-، IFN-، TGF-، IL-1، کورتیزول و ایمونوگلوبولین‌ها بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه 25 نفر از دانشجویان پسر ساکن خوابگاه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران یک روز قبل و بعد از روزه‌داری بررسی شدند. سطح سرمی سیتوکین‌‌ها وکورتیزول با روش ELISA و ایمونوگلوبولین‌ها با روش SRID بررسی شد. یافته‌ها: در خصوص تغییرات ایجاد شده بین سیتوکین‌های التهابی (IL- 1 و TNF-)، تحریکی (IFN-, )، مهار کننده (TGF- )، هورمون کورتیزول و ایمونوگلوبولین‌های سرم افراد فوق قبل و بعد از روزه‌داری نتایج ذیل به عمل آمد. افزایش معنی‌دار سطح (P<0.01) IFN-، کاهش غیر معنی‌دار IFN-، هم‌چنین کاهش معنی‌دار (P<0.02) TNF-، و افزایش غیر معنی‌دار TGF- و افزایش معنی‌دار کورتیزول (P<0.02) مشاهده شد. در خصوص گاماگلوبین‌ها کاهش معنی‌دار IgA (P<0.07) نیز از نتایج این بررسی بود. نتیحه‌گیری: یک ماه روزه‌داری اسلامی می‌تواند سبب افزایش عملکرد سلول‌های T، کاهش التهاب و تأثیر بر پاسخ ایمنی هومورال شود. به ترتیب افزایش معنی‌دار IFN- ، کاهش معنی‌دار TNF- و کاهش ایمونوگلوبولین IgA شواهدی بر این امر محسوب می‌شوند. Introduction: This research aimed determining the levels of cortisol, immunoglobulins and major serum cytokines, following Ramadan fasting, as immune response indexes. Materials and Methods: For this before and after Ramadan fasting study, twenty-five students residing at the dormitory of the Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected. All cytokines levels (IL-1α, TGF-β, TNF-α, IFN-α, IFN-γ) were determined by the ELISA method, Immoglobulines were determined by the Radial Immunodiffusion (SRID) technique and cortisol levels were measured by EIA too. Results: While IFN-γ a showed a considerable increase after Ramadan fasting (P<0.01), IFN-α and TNF-α had decreased (P³ 0.5 and <0.02 respectively). Serum level of TGF-β increased but not significantly (P>0.3) cortisol also increased after one month of fasting (P<0.05). Serum IL-1α had a non-significant decrease (P ³ 0.5). Although IgG & IgM levels showed no significant increase, IgA levels showed significant decrease [P<0.5].
