fa اعتباریابی برنامه مراقبتی مبتنی بر منابع حمایتی در مبتلایان به دیابت نوع دو: یک مطالعه دلفی Validation of a Supportive Resource-Based Care Program in People with Type 2 Diabetes: a Delphi Study غدد درون‌ریز Endocrinology پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: دیابت یک بیماری در حال گسترش در جهان است. علی‌رغم نقش موثر منابع حمایتی در مدیریت دیابت، در حال حاضر برنامه مدونی برای به‌کارگیری‌ این منابع در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت وجود ندارد. لذا تیم پژوهش ضمن طراحی برنامه مراقبتی مبتنی بر منابع حمایتی؛ بر اساس مطالعه کیفی و مرور متون، مطالعه حاضر را با هدف اعتبارسنجی این برنامه در مبتلایان به دیابت نوع دو، و با روش دلفی انجام داد. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه روش شناختی است که جهت اعتباریابی برنامه مراقبتی با روش دلفی انجام شد. گروه خبرگان شامل 15 نفر از متخصصان حوزه دیابت بودند که به روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها؛ پرسش‌نامه ساختار یافته با 38 سوال بود که بر اساس بخش‌های مختلف برنامه مراقبتی طراحی گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 18تحلیل گردید و درصد توافق با گویه‌های پرسش‌نامه تا رسیدن به اجماع ادامه یافت. یافته&lrm;ها: در دور اول دلفی پیش نویس اولیه برنامه مراقبتی، بر اساس پیشنهادات اصلاحی مشارکت‌کنندگان تدوین و اصلاح گردید. سپس محتوای سوالات پرسش‌نامه تهیه شد. در دور دوم دلفی با اجماع روی گویه‌های پرسش‌نامه، درصد توافق اعضا گروه خبرگان بر اساس سوالات پرسش‌نامه، 93/5 به‌دست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به این‌که میزان مقبولیت علمی و عملی برنامه مراقبتی مبتنی بر منابع حمایتی، بر اساس سوالات مطرح شده در پژوهش حاضر "بسیار زیاد" و "زیاد" بوده است، لذا توصیه می‌گردد از این برنامه جهت طراحی و تکمیل برنامه‌های مرتبط در سطح کشور استفاده گردد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a spreading disease in the world. Despite the effective role of supportive resources in diabetes management, there is currently no documented plan for the use of these resources in diabetic patients. So the research team, while designing a support resource-based care program based on qualitative study and systematic review, conducted the present study with the aim of validating the program in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus using the Delphi method. Materials and Methods: This is a methodological study conducted to validate the Delphi care program. Panel members included 15 experts in the field of diabetes, who were selected by the snowball method. The data collection tool was a structured questionnaire with 38 questions that were designed based on different parts of the care plan. The data was analyzed using SPSS software (version 18), and the percentage of agreement with the questionnaire dialects continued until a consensus was reached. Results: In the first round of Delphi, the preliminary draft of the care plan was drafted and amended based on the suggestions and corrective opinions of the participants. Then the contents of the questionnaire questions were prepared. In the second round of Delphi and the consensus on the dialects of the questionnaire, the percentage of agreement of the members of the expert panel based on the questionnaire questions was obtained at 93.5.
