fa ارزیابی وب‌سایت‌های فارسی دیابت براساس مقیاس وب مد کوال (1395) غدد درون‌ریز Endocrinology پژوهشی Original <u><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></span></u><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> رشد فزاینده اطلاعات پزشکی در اینترنت و تاثیر آن‌ها بر وضعیت سلامت افراد جامعه لزوم ارزیابی و اعتبارسنجی وب‌سایت‌های سلامت را افزایش داده است. لذا هدف از این پژوهش، ارزیابی کیفیت و رتبه‌بندی وب‌سایت‌های فارسی دیابت براساس مقیاس وب مد کوال به عنوان یکی از روش‌های نوین و جامع‌ترین روش ارزیابی کیفیت وب‌سایت‌های سلامت است.</span></span></span> <u><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها</span></span></span></u><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه وب‌سایت‌های فارسی حوزه دیابت (12 وب‌سایت) است که با جستجوی کلید واژه &laquo;دیابت&raquo; در موتورهای جستجوی گوگل، یاهو و بینگ بازیابی شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از سیاهه وارسی مقیاس وب&shy; مد&shy;کوال استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و نرم‌افزار اس&shy;پی&shy;اس&shy;اس انجام شد.</span></span></span> <u><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></span></u><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: وب‌سایت‌های فارسی دیابت حدود 50 درصد از امتیازهای وب مدکوال را کسب کرده&shy;اند و به &shy;طور کلی در سطح متوسطی قرار دارند. این وب‌سایت‌ها از نظر 3 شاخص محتوای اطلاعات، طراحی و پیوندها با کسب امتیاز بیش از 50 درصد، بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار دارند و از نظر سایر شاخص‌ها (اعتبار منبع، دسترس‌پذیری و قابلیت استفاده، پشتیبانی از کاربر و محرمانگی) نمره کمتر از 50 درصد را دریافت کرده‌اند. وب‌سایت &laquo;انجمن اطلاع‌رسانی دیابت گابریک&raquo; با کسب 75/9 درصد از امتیازهای لازم، رتبه اول را در بین وب‌سایت‌های فارسی دیابت کسب کرده است.</span></span></span> <u><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></u><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: پیشنهاد می‌شود تولیدکنندگان و طراحان وب&shy; سایت&shy;های فارسی دیابت نقاط قوت و ضعف وب‌سایت‌ها را به منظور ارتقای کیفیت آن‌ها مورد توجه قرار دهند. هم‌چنین متولیان حوزه سلامت می‌توانند با معرفی وب‌سایت‌های معتبر به جامعه کاربران به افزایش سلامت جامعه کمک نمایند. </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-weight:normal;"></span><br> <span dir="LTR"></span> <p class="Abstract" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph; direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed"><u>Introduction</u>: The growing rate of medical information on the Internet and its effect on community health has necessitated the evaluation and validation of health websites. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of Persian diabetes websites, based on the WebMedQual scale, as one of the modern and comprehensive health website evaluation methods. <u>Materials and Methods</u>: The research population comprised of all Persian Diabetes Websites (12 websites) which were retrieved using the keyword diabetes in Persian language, in the search engines of Google, Yahoo and Bing. The WebMedQual checklist, containing 83 questions, was used to collect data. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, using SPSS. <u>Results</u>: Regarding the three indexes: information content, design and links, Persian Diabetes Websites obtained about 50% of WebMedQual scores and were generally at a moderate level. They obtained less than average, regarding other scores, including: credit resources, accessibility and usability, privacy and user support. The &quot;Gabric Diabetes Education Association&quot; website, with 75.9% of the necessity scores, achieved the first rank among Persian diabetes websites. <u>Conclusion</u>: It is recommended that the producers and designers of Persian diabetes websites consider the strength and weaknesses of websites for improving their quality.
