fa مقایسه‌ی عوامل خطر بیماری‌های غیرواگیر در کودکان و نوجوانان شهر تهران، در سال‌های 1379، 1382 و 1385 Comparison of Risk Factors for Non-communicable Diseases among Children and Adolescents in Tehran, Iran in 2000, 2003, and 2006 Tehran Lipid and Glucose Study غدد درون‌ریز Endocrinology پژوهشی Original مقدمه: افزایش شیوع چاقی و اختلالات وابسته به آن، یک نگرانی جدی می‌باشد که نیاز به مداخله دارد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی شیوع افزایش چاقی و عوامل خطر وابسته به آن در ایران، طی دهه‌های اخیر می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این بررسی، افزایش وزن و سایر عوامل خطرساز شامل دور کمر، فشار خون سیستولی و دیاستولی، قند خون ناشتا، کلسترول تام، کلسترول ـ HDL، کلسترول ـ LDL و تری‌گلیسیرید در دختران و پسران 17-3 سال شهر تهران، از مطالعه‌ی قند و لیپید تهران در سال‌های 1379، 1382 و 1385 اندازه‌گیری و مقایسه‌ی بین آن در سه گروه سنی انجام شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمایه‌ی توده‌ی بدن در هر دو گروه دختران و پسران در گروه سنی 12-7 سال و 17-13 سال به ترتیب در سال 1385 نسبت به 1379 افزایش معنی‌داری داشت (به ترتیب 0001/0 و 002/0,0 006/0، 001/0P=) و فشارخون در سال 1385 در هر دو جنس نسبت به 1379 کاهش معنی‌داری را نشان داد (0001/0P=). در مورد کلسترول تام و کلسترول ـ LDL در بعضی گروه‌های سنی دختران و پسران کاهش معنی‌داری در 1385 نسبت به 1379 مشاهده شد. دور کمر در پسرها در هر سه گروه سنی در سال 1385 نسبت به سال 1379 افزایش معنی‌داری داشت (001/0=P). افزایش کلسترول تام در هر دو جنس دختران و پسران در 1385 نسبت به 1379 کاهش قابل توجهی را نشان داد (به ترتیب 01/0 و 0001/0=(P. کاهش کلسترول ـ HDL به میزان کمتر از 35 میلی‌گرم درصد در 1385 نسبت به سال 1379 فقط در پسران معنی‌دار بود (001/0=P). نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر افزایش شیوع تعدادی از عوامل خطرساز قلبی ـ عروقی را نشان می‌دهد که هشداری برای مداخله با آن می‌باشد. Introduction: The increasing prevalence of childhood obesity and related disorders have become a major health concern, prompting calls for the intervention strategies. The aim of the present study is to describe trends in cardiovascular risk factors in <place w:st="on"><country-region w:st="on">Iran</country-region></place>. Materials and Methods: Data on cardiovascular risk factors in 2000, 2003 and 2006 in a cohort of subjects, aged 2-17 years in the TLGS group were used. To assess secular trends, Body Mass Index, waist circumference, waist to hip ratio, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides and fasting blood sugar were compared between the three phases. Results: Waist to hip ratio in all age groups of boys increased significantly in phase two(P=0.01,0.0001,0.001 respectively). Also, blood pressure levels continued to decrease in all subjects. There were significant decreases in total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and triglycerides in some groups. A significant increase was observed in waist circumference in 7-12 year old boys in phase two (P=0.0001, 0.001 respectively). The prevalence of overweight increased in boys in phase two (P=0.001) and in girls in phase three (P=0.05). Obesity increased significantly in boys in phase three (P=0.001) and in girls in phase two (P=0.001). Hypercholesterolemia increased in both sexes in phases two and three (P=0.001, 0.01 respectively) and HDL<35mg/dl increased in boys (P=0.001).
