Abstract Over weight is one of the most important public health concerns and the most common fat metabolism disorder in humans the purpose of this study was to compare the effect of eight weeks of interval training and vitamin D intake on DPP4 and RBP4 plasma levels of overweight with mean age of 39.92±4.15 , height 159.25±3.8 cm weight 72.73 kg /m2 in this study , 40 subjects were selected purposely and randomly assigned to four groups of exercise , vitamin D training and consumption complement and control . At first , the height , weight , BMI was measured in the subjects the next day , after 14 hours of fasting The initial blood sample was taken at 5 mm from the subject and the levels of RBP4, DPP4 glucose were measured insulin , resistance was measured and then the interval training program included the neighborhood 30 runs were at maximum speed with one and half minutes of active rest between each time for 8 weeks and three sessions per week the subjects were in vitamin D and interval training with vitamin D intake per week A vitamin D capsule with a dose of 50/000 unite taken with lunch for eight weeks in order to compare the pre-test and post test data in each group , t-test was used and for comparison between groups. AVOVA was used. All true calculations , which were considered less than 5% showed that the eight-week training period of vitamin intake Diet and exercise with vitamin D supplementation on biochemical indices including DPP4 , RBP4 fasting insulin glucose insulin resistance and body composition including weight and BMI of overweight women had a significant effect. Our findings indicated that exercise vitamin D and interval training with vitamin D supplementation reducing the risk factors for overweight diseases such as diabetes such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease is possible by reducing DPP4, and RBP4, fasting glucose and insulin resistance.
