fa تبیین دیدگاه‌های زنان مبتلا به دیابت در مورد سلامت و بیماری، عوارض و محدودیت‌های تجربه شده: یک مطالعه‌ی کیفی غدد درون‌ریز Endocrinology پژوهشی Original <p class="Abstract" dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36pt text-indent: 3.7pt line-height: 16pt"><u><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt font-family: Lotus">مقدمه</span></u><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 11pt font-family: Lotus">: دیابت ملیتوس بیماری پیشرونده‌ی مزمنی است که جسم، روان و عملکرد بیمار را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. دیدگاه‌های بیماران در مورد سلامت، بیماری، کنترل و درمان بیماری پیشگویی‌کننده‌ی نتیجه‌ی تغییرات سبک زندگی و برنامه‌های درمانی در این بیماران می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به منظور استخراج دیدگاه‌های زنان دیابتی در مورد بیماری و عوارض تجربه شده ناشی از بیماری انجام شد. <u>مواد و روش‌ها</u>: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل درون‌مایه‌ای صورت گرفت. آزمودنی‌ها شامل 40 بیمار زن مبتلا به دیابت بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. مصاحبه‌ها ضبط، و سپس کلمه به کلمه تایپ شد و تحلیل داده‌ها با مقایسه‌ی دایمی و هم‌زمان با جمع‌آوری داده‌ها صورت پذیرفت. <u>یافته‌ها</u>: پس از جمع‌آوری و آنالیز هم‌زمان داده‌ها، 117 کد اولیه، 14 کد سطح دوم و 3 کد سطح سوم استخراج گردید. مفاهیم اصلی به دست آمده شامل: 1- احساسات متناقض بیماران در مورد وضعیت سلامت شخصی و بیماری دیابت، 2- اثرات روحی و روانی تجربه شده، 3- محدودیت‌های تجربه شده در کنترل و درمان بیماری بود. <u>نتیجه‌گیری</u>: بیشتر بیماران دیابتی نگرش منفی در مورد بیماری داشته و دغدغه‌های بسیاری در مورد کنترل و درمان بیماری و عوارض درازمدت آن دارند. نگرش بیماران در مورد وضعیت سلامتی نقش مهمی در برنامه‌ی خودمراقبتی آنان دارد. درک و شناخت دقیق تجارب بیماران می‌تواند سهم به سزایی در برنامه‌ریزی‌های بعدی در راستای مداخلات و تغییرات در رفتار مرتبط با ارتقای سلامت این بیماران داشته باشد.<o:p /></span></p> <p class="Abstract" dir="rtl" style="margin-right: 36pt text-indent: 3.7pt line-height: 17pt"><span dir="ltr"><!--stripped--> <!--stripped--></span></p> <div align="right" style="direction: rtl"> </div> Introduction: Diabetes is a chronic, progressive illness with the potential for debilitating physical and mental complications. Patients’ views about health, illness, control and treatment are predictive of the outcome of changes in lifestyle and treatment planning. The aim of this study was to explore diabetic women's views about the disease and the consequences experienced due to diabetes. Materials and Methods: A qualitative approach, thematic analysis method, semi-structured interview study was conducted in Ahvaz in 2013. Forty diabetic women were interviewed individually using purposeful sampling. Interviews were recorded and typed verbatim and analyzed using constant comparison simultaneously with data collection. Results: After collecting and analyzing the data, 117 initial codes, 14 second level codes and 3 main codes emerged. The main concepts were 1-different feelings about their health and illness status, 2- psychological and mental symptoms, 3- restrictions experienced due to the control and treatment of the disease. Diabetic women believed that diabetes is a serious illness and negative views about insulin were common. Subcategories were worried about hypoglycemia after insulin injections, fear of disability due to the disease, further progression of diabetes, fear and embarrassment of insulin injection and cost of follow-up and treatment of the disease. Conclusions: Negative attitudes towards diabetes were common.
