fa مقایسه‌ ادراک چشایی عینی در بیماران مبتلا به کم‌کاری تیروئید کنترل‌شده و کنترل‌نشده با افراد سالم غدد درون‌ریز Endocrinology پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Arial,"><span style="font-weight:bold"><u><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه</span></span></u><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">:</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">عملکرد تیروئید می‌تواند بر حس چشایی تأثیر بگذارد. با این‌حال، بسیاری از بیماران مبتلا به کم‌کاری تیروئید و حتی پزشکان از وجود اختلال چشایی</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">در این بیماران آگاه نیستند. مطالعه‌ حاضر با هدف روشن‌تر ساختن موضوع، به مقایسه‌ ادراک چشایی در بیماران مبتلا به کم‌کاری تیروئید کنترل‌شده و کنترل‌نشده در مقایسه با افراد سالم پرداخته است</span></span>.<span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> <u>مواد و روش‌ها</u>: در این مطالعه، ۴۰ بیمار مبتلا به کم‌کاری تیروئید کنترل‌شده، ۴۰ بیمار مبتلا به کم‌کاری تیروئید کنترل‌نشده، و ۴۰ فرد سالم وارد شدند. تقسیم‌بندی شرکت‌کنندگان در گروه‌های مختلف بر اساس شواهد بیوشیمیایی عملکرد طبیعی تیروئید انجام گرفت.</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ارتباط آستانه چشایی با سن، جنسیت و سطح</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;هورمون محرک تیروئیدی (</span></span>TSH<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">) افراد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تحلیل آماری نتایج با کمک آزمون‌های آماری کروسکال والیس، تحلیل واریانس و مربع کای و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">صورت گرفت. <u>یافته‌ها</u>: در مطالعه حاضر بین آستانه چشایی در سه گروه مورد مطالعه، برای هر 4 مزه اصلی تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. همین‌طور همبستگی معناداری بین سطح </span></span>TSH<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و آستانه چشایی در هیچ‌کدام از مزه‌ها دیده نشد. بین سن و آستانه چشایی مزه ترش همبستگی مشاهده شد. آستانه چشایی مزه ترش بین دو جنس اختلاف معنی‌داری داشت. <u>نتیجه‌گیری</u></span></span>:<span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> شاهدی بر تاثیر هورمون‌های تیروئیدی بر آستانه چشایی چهار مزه اصلی در جمعیت مورد مطالعه دیده نشد. اجرای پژوهش با شرایط کنترل شده‌تر، همچون به کارگیری روش‌هایی با دقت بیشتر برای ارزیابی آستانه چشایی، پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Arial,&quot;sans-serif&quot;"><span style="font-weight:bold"><u>Introduction</u>: Taste perception is known to be influenced by alterations in thyroid function. Nevertheless, many hypothyroid patients&mdash;and their physicians&mdash;remain unaware of the presence of dysgeusia. This study aimed to provide deeper insight into taste perception among individuals with controlled and uncontrolled hypothyroidism compared with healthy controls. <u>Materials and Methods</u>: A total of 40 controlled hypothyroid patients, 40 uncontrolled hypothyroid patients, and 40 healthy controls were enrolled. Participants were assigned to groups based on biochemical confirmation of normal or abnormal thyroid function. Associations between detection thresholds for the four basic tastes and participants&rsquo; age, sex, and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels were assessed. Statistical analyses were conducted using the Kruskal&ndash;Wallis test, ANOVA, Chi-square test, and Spearman&rsquo;s rank correlation. <u>Results</u>: No statistically significant differences in taste detection thresholds for the four basic tastes were found among the three groups. Similarly, TSH levels were not significantly correlated with taste thresholds for any of the tastes. A significant correlation was observed between age and sour taste threshold. Additionally, sour taste thresholds differed significantly between male and female participants. <u>Conclusion</u>: No evidence was found for influence of thyroid hormones on the taste perception thresholds of the four main tastes in the studied population.
